Rachel Lee of Northern Virginia was selected, by the management team at Zerin Business Consulting as April 2015 Mentor of the Month! Rachel began working at Zerin in January 2013 as a Junior Executive. Shortly after, she was promoted into the Corporate Trainer position. In June 2013, she was nationally recognized by one of the company’s Fortune 500 clients as the number one performer for the month! Following her hard work and success as a Corporate Trainer, she was promoted to be part of Zerin’s management team as Director of Human Resources. Rachel was chosen as Mentor of the Month because of her never ending hard work and dedication to her responsibilities. Rachel genuinely cares about the success of the other team members and works in close collaboration with them to ensure they succeed. Rachel attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and finished her Bachelors degree in Psychology as well as two minors in Business and Human Resource Development. Some of Rachel’s short and long term goals are to provide opportunities for others and to help grow the organization to record sizes within the shortest amount of time. Her motivation and passion stems from her peers and in helping them exceed their goals.
